SARA
Sara was born in Italy, where she studied tourism, languages, and event organization. She has been based in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, since 2003. In 2007, she began her career as an event and wedding planner, working as a wedding coordinator in several hotels before becoming independent and founding Events Weddings Mexico in 2012.
With extensive experience in the region, Sara has built strong connections with hotels, private venues, and a wide network of trusted vendors. She divides her time mainly between Riviera Maya and Italy, including Venice, Lake Como, Tuscany, and Sardinia. Being registered as an LLC in the United States (Events Weddings Italy Mexico LLC) gives our clients added confidence and a smoother planning experience.
IXCHEL
With over 9 years of experience as a wedding planner, I’ve had the privilege of being part of some of the most special days for couples. From intimate weddings to grand celebrations, my experience has taught me to handle every detail with precision and passion. I love working closely with couples to bring their dreams to life and exceed their expectations. My goal is to ensure every moment is unforgettable and reflects the essence of their love.
I live in Playa del Carmen since many years with my daughter and my husband and I travel to Oaxaca and Puerto Escondido as needed.
ANGIE
Angie was born and raised in Italy. She spent several years living in the Riviera Maya before moving to Puerto Escondido 18 years ago, where she is now based. With over 15 years of experience as an event coordinator, she brings deep local knowledge and expertise to every celebration. Angie also supports events throughout Oaxaca City and along the Oaxacan coast (Mazunte, Huatulco), offering couples and clients seamless coordination in the region.
She divides her time between Puerto Escondido and Italy, where she lives with her daughter.
ALESSANDRA
With a well-established background in luxury hospitality and international event planning, in more than 20 years of work, I have organized events of every format and scope, from dream weddings to high-end conferences, from trade fairs to cultural festivals, 99% of them in historic houses. I have had the privilege of working in many of the most fascinating event locations, Venetian Villas and castles in the Veneto region and northern Italy working directly with their owners, princes, counts, barons. I know well the joys and challenges of working in historical venues. I am keenly aware of how specific experience is needed to combine their beauty and dignity with the needs of event’s organization, logistics, and security. I believe in timeless beauty, in understated luxury, in the elegance of tradition and this is my style.
